Maybe you have a closet full of crumpled receipts and a heart full of IRS-terror? Or maybe you keep getting these letters from the IRS and you have no idea what they say because you maybe are a little afraid to open them but you think they are asking you for a bunch of money you owe and can’t pay? Or maybe you don’t need to open the letters because the IRS has already levied your assets or garnished your wages. We can help.

We are Enrolled Agents, which means we are licensed to represent you before the IRS and other taxing authorities. We can do a lot more than finally opening the letters and handing you plenty of kleenex (but sometimes those are the most important!). You have a lot of options, and we can determine the least costly and the least stressful, then work on your behalf for resolution.

We start with a meeting to go over what’s happening. You authorize me to speak with the IRS on your behalf, and I gather information, assess the situation, and give you a summary with my recommendations to address the problems. Usually this is a combination of filing or correcting tax returns, and negotiating a resolution with the IRS or State Department of Revenue.
